Dr. J is a very caring physician who treats her patients like family. She really cares and spends the time necessary to help you. We will never change doctors!!

i would never leave dr janssen she is def the best

I thought Dr Janssen was a great Dr until I started to notice small comments that really got to me after I left and had time to think about it. For example she told me not to call her if my daughter (currently 6 weeks old) had a fever unless I had taken a rectal temp and it was high. I personally think that I should be able to call with any concern, whether it was following her guidleines or not. I have also had issues with calling to talk to her or her nurse. I was informed last week that if I called back to check on the status of my callback that I would be placed at the bottom of the list of people they were calling back. I honestly think that is not a fair way to treat people. These are a few reasons why I am switching Drs.

Dr Janssen is a wonderful physician. She takes the time to listen and considers her patients input carefuly - she knows that the patient is an expert on their own body.
