I was a patient for 2 years wirh a very rare and painful condition. Spent thousands of dollars on treatment. I was treated unfairly by the office staff and wrote a letter to let Dr lamerson know that it made me uncomfortable and she fired me as a patient without calling me to discuss the matter.

Terrible. After submitting a ton of paperwork on their new web based med history site and waiting over a month for an appointment, they waited until my appointment to check on my insurance. They told me when I initially called that they are contracted with my provider. It turns out they are not. Apparently, this happens a lot. As a matter of course, they do not check until appointment time because they "have so many patients." Clearly they think their time is more valuable than their patients'.

She spent enough time to lesson to all my health issues.Very positive attitude and she is very knowledgeable in dermatology and other fields of medicine.She is following up by herself, she called several times herself and describe the procedure that I needed to follow up.
