Dr. Cindy R Parnes, MD

Dr. Parnes doesn't do her own work. She relies on what previous doctors have said. This does serious damage. There's no excuse for that. This is just laziness. She needs to do her own work. Dr. Parnes misdiagnosed me.

Dr Parnes is the Gynecologist I recommend to friends and family - I had a scheduling issue with a procedure and she bent over backwards to accommodate - and the procedure was flawless - Thank you!!!

My first visit to Dr. Parnes went alright, she seemed a little condescending but I just took that as her having a bad day and let it go. On my second visit to Dr. Parnes, I was telling her my symptoms and what I thought I had based on those symptoms. She would not listen to me and kept insisting I had a UTI. She prescribed me medication to treat this UTI she insisted I had. A few days later her nurse called me because my test results had come back and confirmed that I had what I initially thought I had. She had misdiagnosed me. I discontinued the antibiotic and was put on another medication. My third visit to Dr. Parnes was horrendous. At the very beginning of the appointment, she asked me if I've had any usual symptoms, which I did. In the middle of me telling her my symptoms, she stopped me and yelled at me because I did not detail these symptoms to the front desk receptionist and therefore had to waste her time providing another fluid sample for testing. I did not feel comfortable… disclosing my symptoms to the front desk receptionist with a room full of people behind me waiting for their own appointment. I didn't voice this to Dr. Parnes as I was just so taken aback that she would raise her voice at me like this, and at that point I did not continue telling her the rest of my symptoms. We went through the rest of the examination and I provided a second sample before leaving. I've never been treated like this by a doctor before. I felt angry and belittled that I had been suffering with symptoms that I couldn't explain and was yelled at for voicing them at the wrong time, which inconvienced her. In addition, I could tell every time I came in that Dr. Parnes was speeding through our appointments and not taking the necessary time to make me feel comfortable or listen to my concerns. It takes time and trust on my part to describe something so personal that is affecting my daily life, and patience on her part to listen and advise me correctly. I believe a high level of sensitivity is required by a doctor, and especially by a gynecologist. Dr. Parnes lacks these characteristics. I should say that Dr. Parnes' nursing and office staff has always been kind and respectful towards me, but I DO NOT recommend Dr. Cindy Parnes to any woman seeking a gynecologist.

Non caring, non interested. Can't be bothered. The only thing she wants to do is sell you her $900.00 x 3 procedure. Otherwise, she couldn't care less.

I have worked by her side in the past and she always practices with respect and integrity. I would recommend her to any woman!

I have been going to Dr. Parnes for two years, I find her to be brilliant, accurate, knowledgeable, and up to date on current medical practices. She is very personable, kind and compassionate. I could very easily ascertain that she is passionate about medicine and her patients.

I wish I read these reviews sooner. I would have spared myself a horrible experience at the hands of a rushed rude non intellectual physician with terrible bedside manner. She doesn't listen and sent me for useless tests instead of thinking for a minute and ordering the right one. Waste of time and emotionally hurtful.

harsh manner-not sympathetic or concerned no follow-up interest

Do not bring your teenage daughter to this doctor. I waited an hour to see her she was running behind in her appts. She was rude, no paitience, barely listened to why I was there.Bad experience look for another doctor.
