Dr. Cindy R Pong, DDS

Cindy R. Pong, D.D.S.
Dr. Pong grew up in upstate New York where she attended the State University of New York at Buffalo.  She graduated cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences in 1990.  She obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the same university in 1994.  From there, Dr. Pong spent one year in a general practice residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and then pursued specialty training in pediatric dentistry at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center. 
She joined Dr. Rubin in December 2000 and is a full partner in the practice.  She is Past President of the Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry and the Division of Pediatric Dentistry at CCHMC.  In addition, Dr. Pong is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Ohio Dental Association, and the Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.  Dr. Pong is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. 
Dr. Pong enjoys …traveling, tennis, and spending time with her family.  Dr. Pong, her husband John, and their children Kate, Kari and CJ live in Mason, Ohio.
Viola Devany, M.D.
Dr. Viola Devany joined our professional staff in 2006. She received her bachelor's degree from Kent State University in 1977 in biology and chemistry. In 1980, she completed her medical degree at the Ohio State University. She went on to train in pediatrics at Dallas Children's Hospital from 1980-1984. She then completed her residency in anesthesiology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1984-1986. She completed her post graduate education with a Fellowship in Pediatric Anesthesia at Emory University from 1986-1987. Her specialty is in-office pediatric dental sedation and anesthesia. She is Assistant Professor at Columbus Children's Hospital.
We are very proud to have Dr. Devany on our staff providing sedation and anesthesia services.
Dr. Devany's expertise allows us to provide complete restorative care for several types of patients including the very young child, the highly anxious patient and many of our special needs patients.
Dr. Devany lives in Tipp City, Ohio. She has three sons Sam, Greg, and Henry. She is active in her church and participates in medical mission trips in Jamaica. She loves to read, play euchre and visit with friends. She also has three affectionate cats.
