If you ever find yourself in a situation where you need DIEP flap surgery for breast reconstruction, I would highly recommend Dr. Cindy Wei. She is highly skilled and very detailed, but more importantly, she is genuine and caring. From beginning to end, I always felt at ease because she is so down to earth. She made me feel like I’m talking to a friend (with expert skills).

Dr. Wei was a phenomenal surgeon who addressed all of my questions both before and after my breast reduction surgery. She delivered exceptional results while understanding the emotional component that goes along with plastic surgery. The whole Polyclinic Plastics team was welcoming and I always felt like I was their number one priority while I was there. They coordinated the DMX surgery with my breast cancer surgeon. I believe that gave me a much better outcome. They were all so kind and caring throughout the process. Dr. Wei did incredible work. She worked with me through every step of the process from getting insurance approval to post-surgery life. I couldn't be happier with the work that she did. Attentive, caring, and amazing final product. I am now pain free and am able to live a life that I never thought possible.

Wow, how to put into words how much I appreciate the care and concern given to me and my family by Dr Cindy Wei and her team? 2 1/2 years ago I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 50 years old. Scary times. Yet she always had a warm friendly smile, never rushed thru a visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I can not recall a time I was not seen on time or felt that I could not get an appointment or contact her with a concern. Now that I've completed this long journey of reconstruction and no longer have my weekly/monthly visits with her to say thank you personally, I wanted to share with others incase you are in need of a surgeon. Cindy not only has the skill and ability to restore what you may be feeling as I once did; that I had lost a very important piece of myself forever...however she actually helps you heal in many ways, making you feel and look 'new and improved' along the way. Giving you back what you thought you lost and making adjustments as needed. Dr Cindy Wei… became as she told me after my 1st surgery "my new best friend" not only for the frequency of the care she provided but in the way she delivered the care. Although most of my remarks are directed to the person she is, that is not to diminish how happy I am with the "work" she has put in to making this 50-ish year old once again happy with her body image.
