Dr. Cindy Trinh Wilde, MD

It was my first time to see Dr. Wilde. She was very on time, very friendly, professional, take time and explain my situation. She is very professional with nice personality and communicative.

First time meeting with Dr. Wilde. She definitely is not a Dr. Goldfarb who is as sweet as can be. I thought I was seeing Dr Goldfarb, but yeah, not a huge fan of Dr Wilde, seemed too hurried to answer my questions.

I have been to many Dr's for myself and with my parents and they are typical visits and nothing unusual until today. I took my mom for a follow up after cataract surgery and had the very unfortunate experience of interacting with Dr Cindy Wilde. If you want a condescending, sarcastic, rude, and demeaning Dr, then absolutely you should go and see her. I was trying to understand the eye drop schedule clearly so there weren't any mistakes and the way she was explaining it, it was in of itself confusing, upon asking her to further clarify...response was "it's not that difficult sweetie!" How more unprofessional and sarcastic can one be and which supposed care provider should be talking like that? My mom was simply asking her about the eye drops(since there were three different kinds) and wanted to show them to her based on the fact that the surgeon repeatedly told her to take them with her on the follow up and her nasty response..."I don't want to see them" I am not sure how or why she is… a care provider, especially in their office, where they have overall a much older clientele. They need even more love, patience and attention. Of course I would never have her as my Dr, but I definitely feel sorry for the one's that put up with her abusive behavior, especially when it's such a competitive market with far superior Dr's such as Dr Maher in Torrance also on Crenshaw Blvd, who deserves 10 out of 5 stars.
