The BEST!

Dr. Hebner has always been very kind to our daughter and supportive of our views as a family. We are not huge on forcing medicines and Dr Hebner works with natural approaches.

She addresses every item on my long list of first time mom fears and questions.

We actually went to Dr. Hebner for the first time, because the doctor I wanted for my son wasn't available when he was born for his first check-up. I had intended on letting her do the first one and then go to the other doctor for the rest of his visits. I had only picked this other doctor, because he came highly recommended and I wasn't really familiar with any of the pediatricians in my area. Short story- we liked her so much we just stayed with her. She the sweetest. She always takes time to answer all our question. I really feel like she is very knowledgable. Our son is almost a year old. We've seen her for all of his check-ups. The staff is friendly. There are separate rooms for the well and sick children to wait, so they aren't spreading things around so easily. We've never had to wait long for an appointment and out of the many we've had, she's only ever been behind a little one time. I would recommend her to any of my mommy friends for sure.

I've seen Dr. Hebner for some issues with my daughter twice and both times she was rude and dismissive. She didn't take time to listen and when gave her a list of symptoms she pretty much blew me off. It was more like we were wasting her time. I think it's important for a doctor to listen to her patients and try to find a diagnosis and not just get through the appointment as quickly as possible. I am NOT impressed with her or ARC South as a whole.

We met with Dr. Claire Hebner and she made us feel that we were only there to waste her time. We left almost immediately. Very Uncaring, absolutely horrible.
