Excellent and efficient service.

She was uninterested in what I had to say and very condescending. It seemed like she really didn't want to be bothered with me.

She was not intrested in helping me. She suggested I see a surgeon, but was no help in finding one. 160.00 $ for nothingð???

I guess you love it or hate it, but I loved the office! Building was in a weird location but the office was great! Zero problems! Will use them again!

It vas very easy scadul apt, staff is very polite, the wait time was very short a Dr Henry is the nieces dr I ever meet. She was very patient and explained everything I needed to know. I will totally recommended her to my friends.

Where do I start! The worst money I ever spent! Very disappointed and complete waste of time I can never get back. She was rude and very condescending. Did not address my problems and looked at my skin a total of 2 seconds...no joke. She recommended that I use regular body soap on my face and never moisturize! Hello, that's why you have wrinkles everywhere! Also, I think they should disclose at the time you make an appointment that she does not except discover or american express, and she doesn't do billing. Whatever your insurance doesn't cover you have to pay at check out before you leave. So expect to pay more than your co-payment. I guess this would be no problem for someone where money isn't an issue. When I had addressed my concern about aging, she was very rude and told me that sun cause aging. I told her sunblock breaks me out and she cut me off and said she wasn't talking about sunblock she was talking about sun exposure. I didn't even get a chance to ask her about any… other concern, and honestly at this point i didn't want to. Last but not least, she treated my like another dollar in her pocket or just another number, She was in the room waiting when I got their and asked me "so whats your problem today"...really. Never going back and will never recommend her!

I took my elderly mother to see Dr. Clara and it was aan amazing experience. It only took one day for us to get in to see her, and she was very patient and considerate. My mother went into the office in tears and came out smiling. Thank you Dr. Henry and your fantastic staff.

Everything was pleasant in this office until the billing came. I called to ask the front desk to handle a simple task, but was treated with sarcasm. When I called the next day to follow up, a woman answered and lied directly to me repeatedly. I will not discuss details, but in the end, she hung up on me after admitting to her lie. I understand she was aware she could/should lose her job after such a mistake, but she also blocked me from speaking to the doctor and threatened if I went to the office to handle the disagreement in person. I have multiple degrees & registrys in the medical profession & beside working at hospitals, I have been affiliated as an instructor &/or applications research at 2 different colleges and one university. So basically I have worked in this business for over 30 years. The office was not aware of my background...not that it should make any difference. But as a individual going into a physician's office, I have never been treated with such disrespect or… disregard. I am severely disappointed and will not go back. I suggest you do the same.

I read that this dr was condescending, and she is, but that is fine, she simply has poor manners and an increased amount of knowledge... I can forgive her lack of people skills and respect her education and experience.However, what is not forgiveable is her complete disrespect for my time. I was kept waiting well past my appointment time, and there were no other patients in the office. Also, she was less than thorough on my exam and asked that I point out the spots on my skin that "cause you concern". I was there for an annual check-up of my skin, and I have always had the derm look - on their own - across all of my skin. I am fair skin, so though this is an embarrassing process, it is still necessary since I am not trained in what should or shouldn't be causing concern. All in all, this was a useless visit and I will be visiting another derm, and spending another specialist copay - in the near future so that I can be sure that I have a proper visit. Save your money and your time… and go somewhere else.

I had a full body scan performed there. Dr Henry demonstrated competence and professionalism. Her and her staff were courteous, polite, and friendly. Due to the nature of my visit, I cant speak to her technical expertise, but her chairside manner was lacking nothing. I will recommend her to my friends.
