Dr Claribel P. Taylor, MD

Dr. Taylor is a great doctor, both my wife and I would strongly recommend her based on Dr. Taylor's diagnosis ability, deep knowledge, thoroughness, and professionalism.

I found Dr. Taylor to be an extremely professional, knowledgeable, thorough and communicative doctor. She diagnosed a tricky gluten allergy that I thought was Celiac and through her tests, exam, and dietary recommendations, today I'm fine. She took the time to explain what was happening before, during, and after my exam and followed up to see how I was doing. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Taylor to anyone in my family or circle of close friends in need of an excellent Internist or Gastroenterologist.

I love Dr. Taylor. She is such a devoted doctor. I saw her sending updates about my latest test results late at night, and received phone calls the very next day to inform me about her diagnosis and recommendations. She is very knowledgeable, detailed and patient in explaining my condition. During the follow up, she discussed how I could improve my situation. It is nice to feel a doctor really cares about me. I will keep her as my Gastroenterology doctor no matter how far she moved. I would strongly recommend her.

Dr Taylor walked in and out of the room during the prep process without giving me her full attention. During post-op while I was still sedated, she talked through her findings and recommendation. A nurse stood at my feet (I was still laying on the gurney) and repeatedly hit my feet to keep me conscious while this happened! I was rushed out to leave, even when I wasn't able to walk on my own because of the sedatives (only given about 10 minutes after the procedure). When I called the following day with questions for the Dr, Dr Taylor sounded annoyed and said that she spent time with me yesterday, so that should've been enough.I have never met such a rude physician or felt like I had zero "patient care" ever in my life. I also think their entire process at the PAMF GI Dept is flawed because the nurses seemed just as much at fault in rushing patients in and out, like cattle, not people.

I called in as a new patient and the staff said she is out of the office this whole week and will return next week and they will contact me for a walk in appointment. The doctor calls me the same day two times and i answered on the third time. As i answer she begins scolding me about how I'm a new patient and she's on vacation with her children at Disney Land and how she cannot help me because i am a new patient. I told her it's not my fault and nor was i expecting any call from her at all. I told her it's her staff's fault for the miscommunication. At the end of the conversation she tells me that i should go find another GI doctor because her schedule is too busy and she cannot fit me in. I personally found her to be really rude and unprofessional. If i could I'd report her in to an agency for causing an ill patient anxiety. Just because she is a "doctor" does not give her the right to harass a person. I'm surprised she is still a practicing physician in the state of California.

Deep knowledge, detailed explanation of the problem. Extremely logical diagnosis I just loved it.

Highly recommend Dr. Taylor. She called or emailed me with an explanation of my test results immediately upon receipt. Felt that she was on top of my condition.
