Dr. Claude Mabry Galphin, MD

Dr. Galphin has zero bedside manner and has the personality of a wet noodle. Zero compassion, much like most of the docs from that group. Knowledge has been suspect from our point of view.

Dr galphin is a very caring, compassionate, doctor, down to earth guy.

Excellent care from start of diagnosis through dialysis to transplant.

Seems to be a fine man , however my follow up with him was a disaster. I was experiencing a lot of pain , which was either kidney stone or prostatitis. I called back 3 days later and asked for some pain medication and they treated me like I was Doctor shopping. I then called back 10 days later as I was advised to do in order to get a follow up antibiotic and they did not communicate back for 6 days at which time I was in severe pain. They advised me to go back to my Urologist. This Doctor's treatment of me was embarresing (doctor shopping treatment accusation)the failure to follow up on a timely basis and the failure to do as he had pledged with another treatment. The worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor in my 63 years.
