Over the years, I've appreciated the time you've taken to listen to and address my medical concerns.

2.5 hours of waiting time with several patients in the office, 45 min waiting time with empty office. This is the question of respecting other people time. I have received once blood work results, but I don't know what they did with the other tests results: there were no evidence in the office of any existence of my medical tests results. Also, some of the stuff does not know the difference between clean and not clean.. I need to come again to this office but I am very hesitant... Dr. Jatto has excellent knowledge and Analytical capability, and then she destroys hew own very Excellence by herself.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jatto's for the last 8 year as she has served me exceedingly well as my primary care physician. As a physician myself, I believe I can recognize those qualities in another physician that make them exceptional. Dr. Jatto is informed, empathic and attentive. I recently have enrolled in her wellness program and found it to be a positive supplement to my regular care. She offers many opportunities within her wellness program to prevent physical and emotional problems from becoming a real illness. I recommend her without reservation as a primary care physician, but also as a "preventionist." RJC, MD

Always late. Poor office staff except for Deb who should really be the doctor.

Her nurse, Deb, is more of a doctor than she is. Deb is the one you talk to more than Dr. Jatto who only seems to be concerned about how much money she can make. They have lousy receptionists and you have to wait forever and a day to get a return call. Her fillers suck!

Marlene Raudensky, I like the personal care and the fact she addresses te whole body, spiritual,, physical and mentally. She looks at everything, not just the physical problem.

Dr Jatto is very thorough, gets to know you personally so that she can treat you properly. I like that she has more of an overall wellness approach and is not quick to just write a script and get you out the door.

Dr Jatto's filler and botox procedure was very satisfying, some discomfort but very manageable. Overall a good experience, her nurse was very compassionate. I would return for future treatments.

I felt very comfortable with Dr. Jatto, and thank her and her staff for all their help and kindness.

From a medical perspective, Dr Jotto and nurse Debbie are top notch. My only complaint is their customer service. At times they can be hard to get a hold of. Sometimes I call and speak with a receptionist, they say they will call back, but never do. They need to invest in a CONSISTENT and reliable office administrator who can own the process and let Dr. Jatto and Nurse Debbie do what they are good at. If you can over look their challenges with customer service (like I do), you should have a problem.
