Took me off Testosterone that I had been taking for many years. Latest test shows level is almost unreadable! Having serious side effects from low T.

I have always received excellent care from this clinic and it's staff. They spend plenty of time with me and explain everything, even helping me figure out ways to get help and how to pay for care. They have even seen me quickly in emergencies! I highly recommend them!

Only spent 5 minutes, admitted she didnt know what the issue was, refused to provide a referral and then said she would provide prescriptions but failed to do so even after contacting her office to follow up.

While trying to advocate for my daughter and her health, I was asked by Dr. Alfaro if I was a doctor and then was told to get out of her office. Being an RN, I have worked with many MD's and she, by far, has been the most unprofessional. It's really upsetting to see our clinicians behaving in such a way when they are questioned regarding their medical practice. Maybe for future patients she could offer a referral for a second opinion or an explanation for why she thinks her Physician's Desk Reference is WORD.

Frustrated with the staff. Required to see the Doctor about referrals and have at one point waited over a year for a referral. Very stressful to have to call continuously for follow-up.

Staff- Had to call several times to get a referral to a specialist. Finally had to walk in and get the referral after 2 WEEKS. Needed another referral for another specialist, and same thing happened except I did not walk in...Her records do not go to Presbyterian Hospital or Drs treating me. I went there for pain in body and wanted to see if I was low in vitamins. She told me I had to have a physical! (SO SHE COULD GET MORE MONEY) She's a real pain - Think twice about seeing her, go to ER or Urgent care. Go to a Presbyterian Doctor

Worst experience I have ever had She was so uninterested in even looking at what my complaints were She spent less than 5 minutes with me and sent me away. I ended up in the hospital the next day. She was short and rude I tried to explain what was going on and she would not listen and my husband tried to step in and explain she blew us both off. If you do not want to be a doctor or you do not care about your patients than find something else She put me and my unborn child at a severe risk I would recommend you asking a random stranger for help over this doctor.

Dr. Alfaro spent a great amount of time with me. I was new to the clinic. She reviewed my medical history and meds. I Received my referral to see the specialist we discussed. Needed no follow-up. Was seen again for annual PE. Dr. Alfaro listens and made me feel that I was part of my healthcare. She is a very caring MD. I am so fortunate to have found Dr. Alfaro. Miriam who assists Dr. Alfaro is very caring and takes pride in her job. Gives injections and draws blood with care. (did not feel the needle sticks!) The patient rooms are very clean. The staff from check-in to check-out are very courteous and professional. Thank You

One of the worst doctors I have ever been to. She was totally uninterested in helping me. I saw her as a new patient and she immediately was trying to push antidepressants on me within five minutes of meeting me, even though she did not have any medical history on me. She was very rude and didn't listen to anything I told her. I told her I had recently moved to the state twice. 5 minutes later she was complaining that my records weren't in her computer. I told her again that I had just moved and she ignored me. I asked her if she wanted me to have my records sent from my previous state, and - surprise - she ignored me. She did not ask even the most basic questions that every doctor asks. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time, she rushed me in, pushed drugs on me, and then she rushed me out the door.

Dr. Alfaro-Andrick is very personable and kind. However, her skills leave much to be desired. An "annual exam" consisted of listening to my lungs and heart in addition to the routine checks done by her assistant. The woman has never seen my body unclothed. As long as you have no health concerns, she is pleasant to visit with.
