Dr. Claudia Garcia Arango, MD

It's been a pleasure to have had the opportunity for Doctor Claudia Arrango to be my three (now adult) kid's physician. Throughout many years there have been many questions, all which have been answered by this amazing doctor. I truly feel that I couldn't have made it without her. She has a great scientific mind a natural calling and is 100% efficient in her field. Her patients AND their parents are very grateful for her kind and loving expertise. I highly recommend her and have throughout her lengthy career.

I had a very bad experience with front desk. Nurse that works in the front wearing the scrub has no professionalism. Texted the entire time I was inquiring information and was very rude spoken, even rolled her eyes at me and was sarcastic. This nurse has been working there for 4 years now and this is my 3rd year going to the office with my children and she always has a nasty attitude. The doctor is great, but I hope she considers changing her staff or changing the appointment system. I Made a yearly check up one month before and the nurse did not have the common sense to check the file to make sure the insurance was up for the annual check up. I had to take a day of work, took my child early out of school and drove one 35 min to get to my appointment. The only thing the nurse had to say was oh well you can pay cash or make another appointment because your child has to wait for the insurance to cover the visit. And by the way she is saying this with a horrible attitude and was not able… to really justify why they didn't call me to let me know and reschedule, which would have been the right thing to do coming from a doctors office. I was really bothered by her poor customer service and took my kids with another doctor. Sorry DR. Arrango, I hope you really change your front desk system and staff.

Wonderful HABLA MI IDIOMA !!! She is really sweet and understand your needs , she is a very knowledge doctor . We are more than 67 miles away from her but the trip is worth it .

Dr. Arango is an exceptional doctor. Her office and staff are below par. I have seen Dr. Arango for my daughter for almost two years. For the past year, every time we visit, there's a minimum 2 hour wait. This is no exaggeration. 2 hours! My daughter had 102 temperature and had to sit and wait in the waiting room for 2 hours before I finally said I was leaving and they saw us. If you don't mind the wait, Dr. Arango is the doctor to see. She is thoughtful and courteous. She is knowledgeable and gives you alternatives before giving you a prescription. The are quick to send prescriptions in and they will take you same day if you need. But, for me, I just couldn't take the wait any longer. I changed.
