Dr. Claudia Orotineye Arumala, MD

I am searching to see where she actually treats her patients now because I had to get a new doctor due to her leaving the Woodebrooke. I’m sitting here reading all of these ratings on her and they’re unbelievable. She was very nice to me and I would really like to keep her, so I’m searching to see where she’s at. I would really like to have her back

She was so rude and dismissive. She was very judgemental when I told her information about my health. When I was finding my way out of her office, I heard her talking to other nurses about me. I'm sure that her action was illegal and definitely violated HIPPA. She told me I had high blood pressure because I did not drink enough water (??). I cannot believe how she even passed her boards to practice as a physician. It makes me angry when I think about the way she treated me.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Arumala. She took the time with me and explained everything she was going to do. I wish more physicians took the time to understand their patients like she does.

Dr. Arumala has amazing bedside manner. She always listens first.She addresses all of your concerns and makes sure you are comfortable with her treatment plan. She has definitely helped my mental and physical wellbeing. I wish their were more Medical doctors like her! Ashlee Smith

Dr. Arumala was the worst doctor ever. I left her office crying because of how poorly she treated me. I went to her about ongoing stomach pain, which didn’t treat at all. She made me feel awful for gaining weight due to these problems. She also called my twin sister instead of me regarding my medical problems. I’d like to add that she doesn’t even have my sister as a patient. Because of her treatment, I am finding an entirely new office, let alone doctor.

Rude, no care for patients.

Dr. Arumala is rude and dismissive, and ignores the concerns of her patients. I found her care lacking and bordering incompetent. Despite having access to my charts and medical history, she prescribed medications to me that were in conflict with my history and medications I was already taking. I raised concerns about my ongoing panic disorder, and she refused to refill my medication, and dispassionately told me to "go to a doctor" if I had a panic attack. She also proceeded to tell me that I "don't look like someone who has anxiety" despite having seen me all of 2 times and having access to my medical history which noted an ongoing history of anxiety and panic attacks spanning several years. She repeatedly interrupted me and spoke over me, rather than listening to my concerns and working towards solutions. I would strongly suggest not going to Dr. Arumala if you want competent, compassionate care.

Don't go to her if your overweight she will just insult you like your. Nothing to her.

She is the most disrespectful doctor I have ever seen in my life. Absolutely no bedside manner and diagnosis' medical conditions without touching the patient.
