My 95 y/o mother came into ER via ambulance/fire department, she had a bad fall and was in a lot of pain and threw up from the excruciating pain she was dealing with (my assumption) a CT scan was done and I believe this doctor did provide me with some information regarding my mother’s results, I will never know because she came in and spoke so fast and without any empathy and I did not realize she what she was providing me with, I thought she was another nurse. I started to ask to speak to someone and she cut me off and said, I already told you everything, what more do you need. I was so stunned! I’m hearing impaired so I asked her to come in the room and shut the door to avoid any noise and she yelled, saying, don’t talk to me like that!! I was trying to talk to her and she kept saying don’t talk to me like that lady! She left the room. I thought I could approach her and hopefully talk like adults a few moments later but she refused and told me to get away from her. I ended up… getting escorted out of ER! This woman had no empathy whatsoever. Her findings on a CT scan were no fractures noted but another hospital found a fractured vertebrae which explains my mother’s excruciating pain! I hope she does better with future patients but my experience was terrible!

She was very detailed and made sure I informed during my visit.

This doctor took care of me when I was having terrible back pain. Turned out to be cancer. My own doctor missed it. Because of her I am not in remission.
