Dr. Claudia Lynn Busiek, MD

I had severe neck pain. She worked on me although she was not my primary physician. She was very effective in all respects. She was hands-on and gave me a great neck massage. She had a great bed side manner. I thought about changing to make her my primary doctor, but it probably would have caused problems in the office.

Biggest problem is getting hold of her staff or getting an appointment. No one ever picks up the phone, you are given only one option to talk to her assistant, you leave a message and they call back after a long time,. You cannot reach the receptionist or some other staff ever, very poor way of running this office, really dissatisfied with the process. But I like my doctor. Unfortunately will be looking for a different doctor next year because of the inefficient process.

I have been with Dr. Busiek for more than 15 years. She is excellent!

My wife and I were under Dr. Busiek's care for 25+ years; we are no longer due to our relocation out of state. In this day of modern medicine / big business medicine, you'd be hard pressed to find another like Dr. Busiek. She always had a smile, always knew us by first name (yes, she had our charts, but the greetings were genuine). No matter the events of the day, she ALWAYS took the time to listen to us, to ask relevant questions, to probe, and to answer our questions, no matter how trivial. Did we have to wait to get in to see her, yes, but we knew it was because she was taking the time to visit with another patient. Her diagnostic testing and diagnosis were always spot on. Her explanations were clear, concise and in terms anyone could understand; we never left her office wondering what was next. If you're searching for a physician who cares more about the patient than generating income for the medical group, Dr. Busiek is for you. She is truly one on the things I most the… most about living in the area - she is a gem!

I have been taking my mother to Dr Busiek for almost 20years. She takes her time and listens to what the paitent needs. She cares about you life and not your sickness. I would recomend her to everyone.
