Dr. Claudia Lei Cao, MD

Dr. Cao had to do a psychological evaluation for a court petition against me. She didn’t identify herself as the doctor OR read the Bold statement on the Clinical Certificate that says the provider MUST read. She also failed to file the cert with the court as required by law. Again it says this right on the form. The form is critical to start court proceedings and by law has to be completed within 24 hours or the patient is to be released (this is stated on the form too and also on the court order’s instructions). I pointed this out to Dr. Cao and she Loled. She grossly violated Patient Rights because she considered me to be rude and angry. I was having mental health problems because I was about to be evicted from my mobile home…since I was hospitalized, however, I was not present during the eviction. I lost my mobile home, that I owned out right, and everything I own because I wasn’t home to move anything or ask for a time extension in court. Her inability to follow simple written… instruction required by law completely ruined my life. I pray for death now daily because of this inattentive corner cutting LAZY doctor.
