Judgmental and unprofessional. I should have filed a formal complaint.

Would highly recommend Dr. C.C. Hays.

I felt that my concerns were not heard, and after everything was said and done she performed a breast check on me which was very painful, it seemed as though she was taking out some aggression on me.

My first (and last) visit with Dr. Hays was very stressful. Will never step foot in her office again. She seems to be an extremely angry person. Just wanted to get some healthcare, but felt very uncomfortable by her interrogating and angry manner. I thought Doctors where supposed to be on our side to help us.

The BEST doctor ever!! Warm, kind, honest and loveable!!! There is no other OB/GYN better than her! Did an outstanding job on my hysterectomy and would recommend her to any and everyone! Love her to pieces!!

Dr. Hays is always willing to fit patients into her schedule when they need to be seen! Very flexible.

This doctor was very short and abrasive with me, belittling anything I would say, even down to my personal life questions she was asking. I am in my mid-20s and have children, she was treating me as though I was a 16 yr old girl going to the ob gyn for the first time. The nurse was excellent and very sweet, the doctor even got an attitude with her as well. I feel bad for the nurse that she has to deal with that. Front desk was nice as well, it was purely the doctor that was the issue. Being in healthcare you have to have respect and a certain bedside manner with patients, this doctor CLEARLY lacks this ability. Also she would interrupt when I was trying to explain any symptoms brushing me off saying "your fine". Therefore I feel as though I did not get an accurate Diagnosis, because she wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. I will be Reading reviews from now on and asking to see someone else ASAP.

Dr. Hays saved my and my babies life with an emergency C-section due to HELLP syndrome. She did not let me out of the hospital until she had a 100% diagnosis, and delivered my son. If not her, we would not be around. Since that time, she is the only one I see in the practice, since others in there are not that great and gave me the wrong diagnosis just a week before my delivery.

Horrible birth experience. No communication. Condescending and dismissive. No follow-up. Do not recommend.

She's terrible! Has diagnosed me wrong twice during my pregnancy and will not admit it. Thank God I decided to get second and third opinions or my twins could be in serious danger. She told me I had carpal tunnel in my feet (not possible) when I actually have a severe liver problem due to pregnancy. If you go to this practice-- I advise you to see anyone but her.
