Dr. Claudia Hoffman

I came back in 7 months to have my tooth checked and she informed me that she did not fill it properly and needed to re do it. Distraught, I said OK because what else was I going to say. I came back, took a cab down as I took anti-anxiety in preparation for the procedure and upon arrival she began to tell me that she was very concerned about proceeding with the fix on my new veneers and thought she could break a veneer. She is explaining all of this to me the day of my procedure while I am on a medicine and asking me as the patient what I would like done. So upset - a waste of time, energy and money. While YES she did refund me for the original root canal, the office did not reimburse me for the additional medical expenses of a new exam and new xrays with the new dentist I had to see because of my move. The explanation was because they compensated me already- if it was done correctly the first time I would not have had to see other doctors and have these expenses and stress.

A wonderful experience. Dr. Hoffman made the root canal easy and painless. I would recommend to anyone!

Generally not a fan of the dentist, but Claudia was very helpful and explained the procedure. Loved that I could listen to music while it was happening, as most dentists don't offer that. It helped make the root canal less stressful.

Who says that? Crazy but true! A wonderful, attentive doctor - Needed an emergency root canal, saw me right away - and took care of it all quickly and carefully with little discomfort or pain. Very thorough, and caring and a good sense of humor. The office is well run, calm and reassuring. You are in good hands with Dr. Hoffman !

Getting a root canal isn't a walk in the park but Dr. Hoffman made the entire experience SO pleasant, she's amazing and so is her staff.

Dr. Hoffman was incredible- she got me out of excruciating pain on the first visit for my root canal. She was also so sensitive and kind during both visits due to a very difficult tooth, and she took the time to explain everything to me before and after she performed the root canal. I could not recommend her more highly. In addition, the assistants and office staff and everyone who works in this practice are also exceptionally kind and professional. Thank you, Dr Hoffman and staff!

From the moment you walk in till the time you leave staff are friendly and helpful. Dr. Hoffman is wonderful and caring. If you have to have work done this is the place to go.
