Dr. Claudia Susana Kuzis, MD

Referred by two primary care physicians, several years apart Her snarky condescending attitude was apparent both times. She actually smirked. At the very start she told me I didn’t have lupus (I already knew that and that wasn’t why I came to her). She ordered a bunch of blood tests as if she were placating a hypochondriac. She never called or left message (MyHealthOnline) with test results. My primary care physician was aware of her bedside manner. Why refer me then?

Went to her from other rheumy in the office. She is great. Took all the time to listen to me, ask follow up questions and create a dialogue. I was able to get a complete picture of the problem with a Better plan going forward. Will definitely be seeing her again as regular rhuemy.

I was referred to Dr. Kuzis by my primary physician Dr. Jeff Tao (an excellant physician also), She diagnosed the growth on my lung and has referred me to a cardio-thorasic surgeon. During the diagonosis procedure, when I was told it could be a few days to hear from her after the MRI and CT scans, it was actually within hours that I was getting a personal call from her, one of those calls was at 7:30pm. I do not know of many Dr. who are that dedicated to work so late and have such a caring attitude to call patients after normal business hours....her diagnosis was RIGHT ON ! I cannot say enough about how satisfied and appreciative that I was able to be seen by Dr. Susana Kuzis.
