Dr. Claudia Mcallaster, MD

My boys have seen Dr. Mac three times now. Two visits for sick check ups and one visit for yearly physical. They adore her. Her nurse is fantastic and listens so well. Their receptionist is also so very friendly and accommodating. I’m an RN, myself, so I don’t understand the negative reviews because Dr. Mac is never unkind or does anything that makes me question her medical advice/judgement. Making appointments are always easy. The office is child friendly with a ton of toys that kids actually want to play with. I hope we can keep her until the boys turn 18. Can’t rave enough about her and her staff.

Claudia has been great with my kids for 8 plus years now. We have no issues.

If I could give this Dr no stars I would. Rude, doesn't seem to like children. Lots of turn over in staff and patients. Very forgetful, , lots of unnessary tests and paper work. Yells at staff and belittles them in front of patience. Wait is excessive especially for having no other patients in office. DO NOT recommend.

Strange woman who is not very respectful to others. Can't keep staff, lots of errors in diagnosing and rude. Never any patients in office yet always makes you wait before she comes in to exam room. Yells at kids if they touch the doctors stool.

constant turnover of staff, no consistency, frequently forgets to send prescriptions or there is a mistake, causing many wasted trips to the pharmacy. Doesn't act like she remembers very well.

This doctor was rude, impatient and condescending. Then she forgot to send in prescription. Not impressed.

She has a tendency to be kind of rude.

Never met such a judgmental doctor.

Kid friendly atmosphere. Nice staff. Short office waits.

Initial paperwork a bit much, but once established same day appointments are easy to get, with no long waits. Kid friendly environment.
