Had my first appointment with Dr. Ortiz and it was a great visit, she is very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions, I found my new GYN dr.

Dr. Ortiz is so kind and caring. She knowledgeable and takes time to explain and answer all of my questions, she gave me a summary of what the overall check up would be like, and talks me through every step. So glad to have her, couldn't have asked for a better OBGYN.

Had a great experience. The staff and doctor were warm, made me comfortable and answered all my questions.

The person at the front desk was very rude and nasty when I initially called to make an appointment for a medical problem which I was already upset about . The only solution given to my issue was taking medications I repeatedly said I was not comfortable taking . I have returned to my previous doctor where they said the ultrasound taken by your office was not clear and had to be redone . They are also having me do further testing which was never mentioned by your office. I felt after discussing with your office was issue was not resolved and my pain and concerns were not taken seriously . I wouldn't have even have written this review but I have been contacted multiple times to give feedback.

Dr. Ortiz is very personable, she explains things thoroughly, and she takes the time to ask if I have any questions. I am happy to have discovered her, rather blindly, upon moving to Connecticut 6 years ago. I highly recommend her.

She took the time to answer ALL of my questions. Gave me options and advice! Thanks doc! The workers are nice and helpful! Love this place.

Dr. Ortiz is an excellent surgeon, she delivered my daughter via emergency c-section. She made me feel completely comfortable in a very stressful time, and I had all faith in her abilities. She has great bedside manner and makes you feel listened to. Her follow up care is top notch and you can tell that she really cares about your wellbeing. I highly recommend Dr. Ortiz. She is a great asset to the practice.

I love Dr. Ortiz but the wait time in the room was unaccaptable today. This isn't the first time I had to wait almost 45 mins until she came in aside from the wait in the waiting room.
