Dr. Claudia Jean Selgrad, DO

Office is well managed and wait times are usually minimal.

Dr. Selgrad focuses on what is ailing you. She listens, asks questions and carefully looks at your symptoms and signs in order to make a diagnosis. If there is anything questionable she will send you for diagnostics and/or refer you to a specialist.  She takes the time needed in order to help you. Her office staff, nurses and P.A. are all very compassionate and diligent. Everyone there works together as a team and all in an effort to get you better. There should only be more medical professionals like Dr. Selgrad and her staff.  I am very fortunate to have them care for me.

I have been a patient of Dr. Selgrad for about 8 years. She is wonderful and caring doctor. Her staff has always been very efficient. Sometimes I wait a bit and other times I don't. She takes time with her patients who have serious problems and I am one of them. I commend her for that. Sometimes you have to wait because she is busy with a patient who needs her time and she gives it to them.

Terrible experience. The doctor is frigid, unfriendly, uncaring, and unsympathetic. Staff is rude. They charge you for everything, including copies of your own medical results that you are entitled to. Choose to go somewhere else.

I went to Dr. Selgrad about 3 times. the staff is not the friendliest. I saw Dr. Selgrad one out of the three, the other two her P.A took care of me. who is very nice btw. What really bothered me was not only did i have to pay my co-pay, which i know we have to pay every visit. but i asked her to write me a note..a note that had TWO sentences on it, if that. her office charged me an extra $15.00, on top of my co-pay for this piece of paper with two lines. i am looking for a new doctor

Poor inconsiderate staff. This doctor is only interested in making money, not helping people with their ailments. Very sad.

Staff needs attitude adjustments, always get a bad vibe when dealing with them. Dr. Selgrad is good, when you get to see her, most of the time her PA's do the work.

I have been with Dr. Selgrad for over 15 years. She is an excellent doctor, easy to talk to and very accurate on her diagnosis.

I had heard good things about Dr. Selgrad and was hopeful that finally I would find a caring office and Doctor. Boy was I wrong. Dr Selgrad has horrible bad side manner. She made me feel so uncomfortable and afraid to tell her what was wrong. As far as her staff they were rude and not helpful at all. I had gone to her 4 times with the same problem and once I switched doctors they were able to tell me what was wrong 20 minutes upon meeting me. I would highly reccomendation not seeing this doctor
