Dr. Sickinger is an excellent psychiatrist!! I am so grateful that she took the time to listen to what so many others I had seen in over the years had not. I am extremely pleased with her recommended treatment and am already feeling better after just a few weeks.

I have seen Dr. Sickinger for over 5 years. I don't usually write reviews but I wanted to say something meaningful about my experience because it is unusual that a doctor cares enough to make sure the treatment is actually working and that there are no negative side effects. I have been doing well, do not suffer from my condition for a long time and feel like myself.

Dr Sickinger never rushed me and she made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I felt extremely comfortable and grateful for the care I received after struggling with my depression and anxiety for many years.

She is entitled, always late to appointments, and extremely unprofessional. Never in my life have I experienced such unprofessionalism from a doctor, especially a psychiatrist.

DR. SICKENGER IS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED BY FOR MENTAL HEALTH. SHE AND HER TEAM ARE SMART, PROFESSIONAL, ON-TIME, AND PATIENT. CONTEMPORARY CARE GIVES IMPECCABLE TREAMENT TO PATIENTS. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. SICKENGER TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS HELP. SHE IS INCREDIBLY INTELLIGENT AND INTUITIVE.

Dr. Claudia Sickinger was excellent at making time for an emergency appointment while being away from her office. She was precise with her diagnosis and documentation. I would highly recommend her!

Dr. Sickinger is hands down a great psychiatrist. She is warm, kind, caring, compassionate and empathetic. She cares a lot about her patients. She is an outstanding doctor and wants to work with her patients. She is able to answer any questions regarding medication. You can not find any better psychiatrist. I would not want anyone else to take care of me or a loved one. She is brilliant.

I had a horrible experience with Dr. Sickinger. In my opinion, she should not be in the mental health profession as I do not believe that it is a good match for her personality. She appears to come off as very cold and authoritative and does not seem to express any empathy. She seems to get very angry and aggressive if you ask any questions about what she wants to prescribe, and in my case, I felt that she kept forgetting important information. I believe that this is a dangerous way to approach and talk to patients who might be experiencing depression or other challenging circumstances. I went into one of my appointments with Dr. Sickinger feeling that I was dealing with a challenging situation but okay otherwise, and after hearing Dr. Sickinger speak with me in a way that I felt was very harmful, I left crying with both of my hands profusely shaking. That has never happened to me before. I originally made my appointment with her because all of the recommended psychiatrists were booked… and not taking any additional patients. My other doctor then advised me to just make an appointment with the first available psychiatrist that takes my insurance. It would have been better to wait for someone who was a better match as it ended up being a big waste of time and left me worse off mentally.

Dr. Sickinger will get right to the root of your problem and guide you through any medication changes and will meet with you regularly. She clearly loves her job and really cares about her patients getting to the right place, mentally and emotionally. I've been to a few psychiatrists in the last few years for anxiety and she really stands out as one of the best in her field.

Dr. Sickinger has made a significant impact on my self and the levels of anxiety that I was dealing with. Her strong knowledge, calming demeanor and listening skills has made this process smooth and fixable. I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Sickinger if you too are experiencing anxiety or depression and know that it can be resolved.
