The past three times I have called the office I was told "Go to the ER" Every issue was something that clearly could have been taken care of in an office setting yet to be seen I had to incur unnecessary costs of co-pays and hospital fees because I was told Dr Vera wouldnt see me. Very sad to see how her office has changed over years. It's as if they got so busy they just don't want to be bothered. As a patient for well over 10 years this is unfortunate to see. Will be finding a new doctor.

If there were less than one star I would rate her zero. The past three times I have called for an office visit I was told "To go to the ER" all were issues that could have been taken care of in the office setting. Instead I had to incur 3 seperate ER visit charges in the thousands of dollars because she refused to see me. Terrible to be treated that way. Front office staff is rude as well as nursing.

I had my very first visit with Dr. Vera on 7-8-19.. she is one of the most caring and compassionate Doctors I have ever had... I am almost 70... that tells you how highly I regard her... she had my respect immediately... just her presence when walking in the room brings an instant calm... it is all great after that... if you are in need of a really good Dr. you should consider her. Thank you Dr. Vera!

Best doctor I have ever been to, staff is great as well.

She listens to you and she is the sweetest doctor along with her staff.

Though the staff is helpful, there have been some prescription errors made with the pharmacy and the nurse there is kind but may be stretched too thin and sometimes the dr. has to look into more options and testing , before jumping to a surgery conclusion. But she is still very nice and competent.

Dr. Vera was calm , patient and soothing, not arrogant like some doctors. She didn't push for extra tests. Highly recommend her and her office staff at front desk and the nurse was helpful too. Will bring some more relatives to her.

I have been a patient of Dr. Vera's for almost 8 years, she is a very caring person who listens to you completely and makes sure she finds out what is ailing you.
