Dr Frederick's is an excellent physician, she is not only knowledgeable, but has a very passionate bedside manner. She takes time to listen and to explain all test results. She is kind and caring aswell as her staff. Thankyou Dr Fredericks!!

Please read some other people's reviews on this doctor. She is the most uncompassionate doctor I've ever seen. She thinks old people should live with pain till they die. I saw Dr Frederiks about my severe back pain. It is true that I had one surgery 2.5 years ago on my back. I had severe sciatic pain on my right side. The surgeon created more space where pain in my right side was and it was totally alleviated. But in the process, I developed worse pain in my left side. I believe the surgeon did a bad job and had made a mistake during the operation. Now, I can hardly walk without severe pain or stand for more than a couple of minutes. Ordinary tasks such as taking a shower, cooking, shopping are all very difficult and painful. Dr. Frederiks told me that I need to learn just to live with it, use a walker and tolerate the pain. She sent me to a physical therapist and after 12 sessions, there was no improvement at all. I finally went over her head and called Care Plus. They gave… me an authorization to see a neurosurgeon. But I needed an MRI for which I needed an authorization from Dr. Frederiks. She got pretty upset that I had gone over her head and contacted Care Plus. Thru her PA, I was told that I needed to find another Primary Care Doctor as they are against any back surgery. I told her that I would rather die than to live like this and shouldn't it be my decision if I want to take a chance to lead a normal life rather than having to live with pain for the rest of my life? She said now that I don't agree with their recommendation, I should find another doctor. I cant believe how uncaring and belligerent these people are. Save yourself and find anyone except these people.

I like doctors who are knowledgeable, like Dr. Claudine Frederiks, and at the same time frank and open to discussions about my health. She fits my perception of what a good doctor should be all about so that is the reason I gave her EXCELLENT with a five star rating for doing her job efficiently, effectively, and professionally. She is rude, condescending,& flat out dangerous. She disregards specialist recommendations, and treats her patients like garbage. Read all of her other reviews before you book an appointment. I wish I had so I could’ve avoided ever making contact with this lady.

I have been seeing dr frederiks for several years, n been having some issues with her , I been gettings these pains all she says is it is arthritis she send me to a dr who name is dr gaya who I am very happy with on trying to diagnose my conditions he sets me up for more test that I want done, she goes n declines the test im not happy thinking about a new dr iin the long wrong

Dr. F is a very personable, kind, caring physician. She has taken care of me for 2 years and I would trust anything that she tells me about my health. She works with you and makes sure that you understand everything related to your health.
