At age 7 I became very ill: couldn’t eat or drink (threw up everything), couldn’t use the bathroom and all movements were extremely painful. My regular doctors office misdiagnosed me 3 times. Told my parents it was a stomach ache. After 5 days I was taken to Chippenham. “Doctor O’s” team found a perforated appendix and complete blockage of my stomach. As if 2 problems weren’t enough, during my 14 hour surgery they were in for a surprise with an abscess (size of a softball) attached to my appendix, but made every right decision with all my problems. Such a scary time for a 7 year old, right after my birthday and at Christmas time. I probably would’nt be alive today had Doctor O and his team not be so quick to recognize my illness and act. I am now 23 years old and think of this event all of the time and how lucky I am.

My son had a Lymphangioma growing out of his stomach. I've been taking him to doctor after doctor for the past 4 years. No one had an answer for me. My gastrologist recommended Dr. O and he figured out the problem in last than a week. I was nervous about the surgery but Dr. O made me feel comfortable and secure.
