Dr. Claudio Daniel Tuda, MD

Made an appointment with this Dr. after an ER visit. Staff was uneducated, and rude. Left me on hold for 45 min to schedule an appointment. On the day off I was 5 minutes late, they made me wait 30min and then proceed to tell me the Dr had a lunch meeting and because I was late he would no longer be able to see me.

Dr Tuda is extremely knowledgable in his speciality, he talks to you like a regular person not like some other specialists who use medical vocabulary that you have know idea what they are saying. You really feel the sense that he really cares about you and that everything is going to be alright. He approach in explaining things is far superior to any doctor i have ever encountered. I have been seeing him for little over a year and i have not one complaint. The office staff is great at making my appointments, wait time is minimal and when I have any pharmacy or prescription issues they are on it right away. I don't like to discredit other reviews but whom ever wrote or writes a bad review about Dr Tuda must have another underlying issue being this doctor is pretty much the same guy every time i have been with him which is consistently super nice, informative and thorough. I consider him a life saver.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A RUDE SECOUND RATE DOCTOR YOU FOUND HIM! THE OFFICE STAFF AND DOCTORS AT THIS PRACTICE ARE THE WORST I HAVE EVERY HAD TO DEAL WITH. LONG WAITS, BAD ATTITUDES, LIES , LOSS OF PAPER WORK, JUST TO NAME A FEW- TUDA AND RATZAN ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE MONEY, THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS, PUT PAIENTS NEEDS LAST, DO NOT LISTEN AND HAVE VERY BIG EGO'S-TAKE MY WORD FOR IT- FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR !!!
