Dr.Dawson is an extremely caring and knowledgeable Doctor. I have been a patient for 7 years. Always attentive and takes time with his patients. Highly recommend him!!!

Dr. Dawson is one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my 16 years living in the Charleston area! He is friendly, personable, listens to you and answers your questions without rushing you and is not condescending like some doctors I have seen. ***** rating!

So glad we found Dr. Dawson when we relocated here 5 years ago. He listens and is caring. Could not have found anyone nicer. Has also referred us to great specialist when needed.

Rarely will you find a doctor of this quality.A true exception to the rule ,he is the kind of person that whatever he chose to do would do well. a great comfort to me he is the doctor .We are all better off thanks to him. Everybody I told to see him has been as pleased as myself.I don't think he knows how much he helps us.He's not just a doctor,He's the doctor.

Me and my husband have been seeing Dr. Dawson for a couple of years now. Every time one of us go in for a visit, it seems like he not only judges us, but he comes off so ARROGANT!!! He knows so much more about our individual body ( or so he thinks!) than we do. No matter what we suggest or think might be going on, he just puts what we say aside, and wants to refer us to 100 other Dr.s or give us several "trial type" pills!! Seriously, use medication that's been around for 20 years or so, I don't want to find out next week what I've been taking is now on the 1-800-bad drug commercial!!!! Also, it's very RUDE to think that you're so much smarter and better than other people just because they look or talk differently than you, or maybe they don't come off as EDUCATED as yourself! And don't worry we won't be back!! Have a great day! I only gave you one star because I had to put something there! If you want a Dr. to listen and does NOT judge, find someone else!!!!!
