This place was great! filled some paper work on the iPad, a snap! my appointment was on time, arrived 15 earlier as they told me to. everyone was so friendly!

There was a big man at the front desk who was gruff and extremely off-putting. It immediately put me on the defensive, and I did not feel comfortable. The front desk has a plexiglass barrier with a tennis ball sized hole (for communication). When I approached the desk, "Gruff" asked what I was there for, and I told him. He barked something along the lines of "speak up I can't hear you". First, it's difficult to gauge how well someone can hear you on the other side of plexiglass. Second, someone standing behind me was assisting an elderly woman in a wheelchair who was hard of hearing, and creating background noise. It's perfectly fine if someone asks me to speak up. But this man's tone and demeanor was unprofessional, rude and inappropriate. Next, he barked at me asking for my insurance card and ID and was practically glaring at me. Then he pushed some paperwork my way and grumbled something inaudible. Not only was I apprehensive about having an invasive ultrasound done, but I… was physically uncomfortable because I had to drink large quantities of water and hold a full bladder for the procedure. As a woman, a primal fear which emerges in me when a man speaks to me in a gruff, rude manner for no reason at all. Also, the man was talking to a woman outside of the front desk when I first arrived. His body language was angry/confrontational, and it carried over to when he was behind the desk as well. If my review were based on this man, I would give it one star. Fortunately, the technician who performed my ultrasound was 100% professional and also made me feel at ease. From the moment I entered the room until my departure, she was clear with her communication about the procedure, asked if I had questions or concerns, and made sure I was comfortable. I was in and out very quickly. If my review were based on this woman, I would give it five stars. I give this review two stars because I was so incredibly offended by the unnecessary rudeness exhibited by this man in what should be a professional setting.

I had a mammo and ultrasound the same day. Both technicians were excellent. Very friendly and professional. I had no wait time ~ I did receive a phone call and also letter with my results within the 2 day timeframe.

Staff was very professional and helpful. I’ve been getting my mammogram for the past several years and the tech Maria has been amazing, very patient and nurturing person who has reassured me numerous times that mammogram is the most effective tool to save women’s lives.

I’ve used this facility several times and have always found the staff to be very courteous and efficient. Have never had a problem getting an appointment.

Very professional team from front office to the visit. Even though I missed one of my appointments they found a slot for me with out a long wait.
