go elsewhere. plain and simple. wasted almost 2 years with this dr only to be told in the end that my pain was basically all in my head. had a MRI done that dictated that there was a labral tear in my right hip by the radiologist AND dr. Conrad AT FIRST! then suddenly after my first round of cortisone shots there wasn't a tear and that "sometimes a MRI will show a tear when there isn't one." he then put me through a second unnecessary round of cordosone shots only to cause me more pain. finally decided to get a 2nd opinion after the 2nd shot failed and the new doctor took one look at my MRI and knew I needed surgery as I did in fact have a labral tear in my hip. A 40% tear that caused me terrible pain that dr Conrad told me was in my head after telling me two different stories about my MRI.

patients beware of this dr......not only did he pressure me to have surgery but his dictated report was completely false... my advice get a second opinion...

I came to Dr. Conrad from another doctor from New Mexico Orthopaedics. My last doctor was a complete joke who never listened. The difference between the two is night and day. Dr. Conrad explained my condition and options and allowed me to ask questions. I recently decided to have knee surgery with him, he described the procedure in great detail and made Me comfortable with my decision. The surgery has also been in a timely manner.
