The consultation was informative and genuine . At 81 in the midst of the Covid 19 crisis I was nervous about having my tooth pulled. The procedure was made tolerable by Dr. Hise's skill and humor. It is the morning after.I did not have one second of pain! Dr. Hise's assistant,Ashley, was all that she should have been.After care instructions precise. Thank you,Dr. Hise!!

Unfortunately, I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment due to 1 lane being closed on Rt84. They explained to me that I would have to reschedule, for 10 minutes? Then I asked instead of the 3 wisdom teeth being extracted to instead remove the 1 that was causing me issues, Dr Hise then told me that they had already filled my time slot and that would not be possible. So within the 10 minutes that I was late they went ahead and rescheduled someone else without even a call to me. Prior to this, I had a call from them and mistakenly dismissed the call on my cell phone and when I called back I was told to call their answering service, who then proceeded to transfer me back to the office who then told me to hand up and call the answering service back and then they transferred me back to the office, I finally got someone that knew what they were doing. I don't understand what happened to this place. My first experience with them was so positive that I wanted to go back. Never again.

I needed two teeth extracted and was referred to Dr. Hise by my own dentist, Fred Maron. I trust Dr. Maron's opinion about Dr. Hise sand that trust was verified. He's an excellent surgent, takes time to explain everything about the procedure and answers each question throroughly. His manner puts patients at ease. The surgery was painless and quick and I was given thorough instructions for aftercare, as well as appointments for followup exams. He's a gem.

Dr. Hise has done outstanding dental work on my daughter from removing teeth, implant and removal of wisdom teeth. With each visit he took the time to explain each procedure and answer any questions. My daughter did fabulous. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Hise!!!!!

Dr. Hise is amazing! Had a fractured and infected molar extracted. Explained every detail of what he was doing along the way. He really cared about what the patient is going through and tries to make you as comfortable as possible. Had the procedure done yesterday and hardly any pain or swelling today. Very highly recommended !!!!!

I needed a funky broken off wisdom tooth removed. I have 2 others removed over the years one of them was quite problematic. I had just moved to the Hudson Valley I surveyed a number of DDS for the best oral surgeons. He was great. detailed, very willing to explain every move he was going to do so there was no surprises and we were making decisions together. Prices were very fair especially for a specialist. Highly recommend ! His delft hand made the recovery almost completely painless.
