About Dr. Owen
Clayton Owen, D.D.S., M.S.
Dr. Owen was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He attended Ouachita Baptist University from 1993-97 and graduated suma cum laude with a Bachelors Degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. He was accepted into the University of Tennessee Memphis College of Dentistry in 1997. In 2001, Dr. Owen received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree and graduated in the top five of his dental class.
After receiving his degree in Dentistry, Dr. Owen went on to complete his Orthodontic training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 2004, he received his Certificate of Specialty in Orthodontics and a Masters of Science Degree. Upon the completion of his Orthodontic residency, Dr. Owen opened a practice in Cabot, Arkansas, where he resides to this day.
To keep abreast of the latest developments in orthodontic care, Dr. Owen attends continuing education courses on a regular basis.

Dr. Owen has been married to his beautiful wife, Sarah, for ten years. They have three children; Samuel, Abraham and Eloise. His hobbies include all outdoor activities, skiing, softball, physical fitness and spending time with his family. Dr. Owen is involved with the Lonoke County Christian Clinic (a medical/dental health clinic for those in need), is an active member of the Fellowship Bible Church in Cabot and loves to mentor students who are interested in the field of dentistry.
