Dr.Chan always does a fine job. However the wait time is annoying. Its usually 2-2.5 hour from start to finish. The scheduling could be improved.

I was thrilled to get an appointment at Desert Retina Consultants so soon after I was diagnosed with an issue by my Ophthamologist. Dr. Chan was my doctor here and he did a great job, explaining procedures (via a detailed video), reviewing the exact details of my diagnosis and effecting a laser repair of my retina problem.

Dr Chan is calm and makes you feel like you are his only patient when you are with him. His staff, from check in to check out couldn't be more pleasant and kind. Even if it's your first time as a patient , they treat you as if they've known you for years . All in all, a pleasant experience.

Dr Chan has been my husband’s doctor for many years now. He is treating him for wet & dry macular degeneration. We appreciate his thoughtful, professional care. We are willing to wait for him, because next time it could be us with the eye emergency that he must take care of immediately. We are very fortunate to have been referred to Dr Chan!
