Dr. Clement P Cotter, MD

This is not about a visit, this is about the office in general. As a previous employee I have never worked for anyone who treated me as badly as Colleen Cotter treated me. Therefore I would NEVER recommend this practice.

Awful! Avoid at all costs. He and his office have know idea what they are doing.

My mother had surgery for 2 large basal cell cancers from the top of her scalp today by Dr. Cotter at Shelby Baptist. He also had to graft skin from behind her ear to close the wounds. So far, great! He discussed what he had done and how it worked to both my brother and I. He took his time explaining and did a great job in doing so. There was no hurry, hurry to go about his day. My mom was very pleased with him and the staff that assisted him. We return in a week to see him so I am unable to commit on aftercare. But so far things have been very nice. Very pleased!

Dr. Cotter is not deceased as the Alert indicates. Please remove this Alert. Dr. Cotter is an awesome Dr. who treats my Mother, Husband, and me. We are extremely pleased with his accurate diagnosis, bedside manor, experience, and treatment. Thank you for all you have done Dr. Cotter for our family.

I had never been to a plastic surgeon before. It is a big decision to put your trust in someone for such a delicate job. Dr. Cotter's staff made me feel very welcome. Dr. Cotter helped me to understand the whole procedure to fix my drooping eyelids. I was very at ease after seeing him. He took a lot of time and gave me an answer to all my questions. He does not take his practice lightly. If he feels you need to follow certain guidlines before having surgery if it may effect your outcome, he will not do it. I was so comfortable with him. Great job Great experience!

I called the surgeons office that had performed my gastric bypass surgery to ask for a recomendation for a plastic surgeon that had experience with body contouring. I was unsure and nervous at my first visit. Dr Cotter and his entire staff were courteous, helpful and treated me with respect. Dr. Cotter recomended a slightly different procedure than I wanted. But I understood his reasoning and agreed with his expertise.I'm super pleased with my outcome and plan to have future procedures performed by Dr. Cotter.I am a nurse who does quality audits as part of my position. And I can say I received quality care. I was kept informed and quit honestly Dr. Cotter and his staff spent more time with me than required. I can in good faith recommend Dr. Cotter based on my personal experience. His staff that does some of the after care visits are excellent. I never felt uncomfortable or embarrassed. I give all 4's.
