Dr. Clifford Chen, MD

Dr chen would not refer me to hospice. I’ve been his patient for 30 years. I had I botched surgery over a year ago and now weigh 79 pounds. His office staff is horrific. Especially the office manager Gloria. She was yelling at me on the phone saying they couldn’t help me. She said Dr Chen knew.

This is the guy that said Fetterman has no work restrictions..?

I have been a patient since 2003. The level of care received is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional ; all problems resolved promptly.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Chen. He actually listens to you when you're trying to explain a health problem, and he isn't afraid to schedule tests or bloodwork like some other doctors seem to be. One other thing that I truly appreciate about him is the fact that he knows when he's reached his limit within a family practice scope and will not hesitate to refer you to a specialist if/when he feels the problem is better handled by a specialist. For example, I came to him with a list of symptoms and once all of his preliminary tests came back normal, save for one "blip" on my MRI, he immediately referred me to a neurologist (Dr. Kasdan, who is also awesome) for further evaluation, whereas some doctors would stubbornly try to figure it out on their own or get one more visit out of you before making the referral. He is an all around nice guy and is very easy to understand when explaining what he is doing, what he is testing for, and when answering any questions you might have.
