I was impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism of the staff from start to finish. Dr. Hepper, clearly read my complaint given to the intake nurse, examined my hand and ordered an x-ray which revealed arthritis. He made three suggestions to include wearing a brace, anti-inflammatory meds and an injection. I woke up this morning with more mobility than I’ve had in six months and no pain at all. The entire visit was efficient. I entered at 11:10 was roomed by 1120, saw the doctor, had an x-ray, was fitted with a brace and had a steroid injection and was back in my car at 11:50. As a busy professional, that organized, professional care with excellent quick results is exactly what great healthcare looks like. While not a complex issue, a very painful one I had sort of lived with for over a year. Another great experience for me with Ortho Virginia, I will never go anywhere else and highly recommend.

Chose Dr. Hepper based off high ratings and positive reviews found on the internet. Had a cyst on my wrist that needed removal. Consult, surgery, and follow-up all went well. Highly recommend Dr. Hepper.

I needed minor surgery and Dr Hepper was highly recommended. From the front desk to his friendly and kind medical assistants. He diagnosed my issue and moved forward with scheduling my procedure. His medical assistant Maddie kept me updated, and made me feel at ease. She really strives to give the best care every step of the way. I would highly recommend Dr Hepper and his amazing staff .

The nurse was very courteous and attentive. Dr. Hepper was very professional and attentive as well. He has very good beside manners which is very hard to find these days. He showed me my X-ray and explained everything to me. After my first visit, I am very glad that I found Dr. Hepper!
