Dr. Clifton Boris Clarke, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Clarke’s for three years now. He is an approachable, accessible, thorough, clinically excellent physician and pulmonologist. I have bronchiectasis, have seen several pulmonologists in the Chicago area, and Dr. Clarke’s clinical and patient care capabilities exceed those of others I have seen. Dr. Clarke will personally call you after hours to respond to messages. In addition, his office staff is top rate; they are responsive, polite, and compassionate; details do not fall through the cracks in his office. Dr. Clarke’s staff all love working for him, which, to me, speaks volumes. I cannot recommend this pulmonologist more highly.

Contrary to other Chicago pulmonologists with whom I’ve had experience, Dr. Clarke is very accessible and willing to speak with you over the phone. He is very thorough, and I trust his medical advice. His office staff is outstanding, and they all really enjoy working for Dr. Clarke, which speaks volumes about him. I would highly recommend Dr. Clarke, and I’ve seen pulmonologists at Northwestern Medicine and Mayo Clinic.

I have respiratory obstruction and immune dysfunction. I've been slowly losing my lungs over the past year. I let myself get run down and was admitted to Illinois Masonic with pneumonia.
