Dr. Clinton Joseph Allen, MD

Dr. Allen is a good M.D. and he cares about his patients. The only thing negative , is the staff, most of them are rude, and act like their better than you, in which they are not. The lady that takes your money is not nice at all, she is the one I hate to deal with while I am there, why do they put people in a office that acts like she does and majority of their staff.

Dr. Allen is a very nice and caring Dr. and can be trusted. It's really too bad that some of his nurses are so rude. It makes me want to seek treatment elsewhere. Even after being a long time patient. The nurses and staff are the patient's point of contact if you are not actually at an appointment with the doctor. They represent him and he should know, that some are very rude, and even hang up on you, most impatient on the phone. Not the front staff, they are nice and friendly. I hope Dr. Allen will see this and get compassionate people in there. He and the patients deserve that.
