Dr. Clinton Conell Price, MD

I scheduled an appointment for management of adult ADD. This was the first question I asked when I called to schedule the appointment. I waited a couple months for the appointment only to have Dr Price call for the appointment and after verifying name and dob the first thing he stated was "we do not prescribe controlled substances" after informing him I scheduled the appointment for medication management of ADD, which entails prescribing controlled substances. Dr Price stated "we do not treat adult ADD" phone call was less than 1 minute and his office is charging a copay as well as billing my insurance. After speaking with his billing department, they stated his notes report we were on the phone for 15 minutes which is 14 minutes longer than the time i show on my cell phone. this appointment should have never been scheduled and scheduling staff should be aware of what their providers handle during appointments.

Wife is constantly having to leave phone messages and rarely gets called back. Very difficult to get simple Rx refills for long-standing scrips. Wife and CVS have to badger the office to get any refills for important SSRIs.

I tried to get help for my kids here and after seeing the doctor twice, he spoke to both of them and looked with parents present and said that they are fine. One got kicked out of school now, because of a verified disorder and the other one is to be treated for self- harm and suicidal tendencies which is why I took them there in the first place and I did not get taken seriously as a concerned mother, like I don't know what I am talking about. Very unsatisfied. We paid a lot of money to not be helped and my children have to pay the consequences for their lag of competence.
