Dr.Spicer gave me a counsultation on my first visit .. Than I was asked to return In three weeks ,so he can discuss my treatment with his associate ...When I return to the office for my second visit .. the doctor repeated the counsultation, than ask If I would like to start my payment plan ..I wondered why this second visit was just the same counsultation as the first visit a counsultation .. He don't take any Insurance and that the staff has to sumit a form to the patient's Insurance co. which the patient must pay for any of his treatment up front ...At this point after receiving payment for future treatment I thought ..He Billed me for the 2nd. counsultation .Which was the same counsultation vist as the first one Which I began to question Dr.Spicer In reference to his practice .He than told me that the second visit was a different type of seek to discover ..?So I had to be billed ,but he did nothing just told the asst. what teeth he thought needed work on just like the first… visit . I know at this point he was just cheating me out of $175.00 ..I could not understand what he were saying at all his dental asst. had to try to explain what he was saying ...The dental asst. even look funny trying to explain ..two week later I felt that this was not for me .. I asked for my deposit back of $500.00 ,which took three week for him to refund $325.00 out of the $500.00 . From my experience I would never visit his office again and would never advise any one to be a patient of his...The very funny and petty part of It all was when he told his office staff on my second vist to charge me for a repeated counsultation after I gave her the check ...
