Dr. Clinton Scott Williams, MD

Wait time has consistently been around an hour. Actually appointment, consistently around 7 minutes. I went in a year ago with asthma, allergy, and arthritis problem. He ordered ONE set of bloodwork and then when it was clean never followed up or mentioned it again. He has been condescending about personal comfort (i.e. not wanting a nurse of opposite gender if we're dealing with something in the private regions). Staff doesn't return calls. Don't notify you when or if they are going to write a RX. They rush you through like cattle. It's clear the practice just wants your money. I didn't feel my health, time, or money was a priority there.

Have been going to this practice for almost ten years and although he is a thorough he has lost his kindness and attentiveness and his staff is horrbile, very rude nurses and front end personal... keep shopping if you are looking I am moving on.

Patients are hearded through like cattle at this office. You had better be able to tell staff what you need when you call to make an appointment and had better not vary from the topic. If you do happen to forget something you needed to discuss and try to do so you will be reprimanded by the doctor and told you need another app to do so. I always try to stay focused and prompt when addressing problems but felt I just could not speak fast enough for Dr. Williams. If you want to be treated with interest and kindness do not see this doctor!

Dr. Williams is a great doctor. He's always available. If you call early in the morning you will get an appointment for that day. He has a good bedside manner. If you engage him with questions about your condition and if you give him a sense that you need to know more, he'll spend the extra time and assuage your fears. His nursing staff is always professional and very knowledgeable. The mood of the office is always "efficient and professional" but is you cut up a little with them they will let their hair down.

I've been using Dr. Williams for over 6 years. He is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him.

After 2-3 visits in 6 months you would think Dr Williams would become somewhat familiar with a patient, not so. I understand sometimes people just dont click, but the mannerism in his conduct and behavior fell far short of my opinion of professionalism. Shouldn't be a family Dr. would probaly be better suited for urgent care.
