Colby D. Balls

Colby Balls, DPT, is a physical therapist at Intermountain Health’s Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation – Logan Physical Therapy in Logan, Utah. He cares for patients across Cache, Rich, and Box Elder counties and surrounding areas, specializing in orthopedics and spine rehabilitation. Colby treats a wide range of orthopedic conditions and helps patients manage both acute and chronic spine-related pain.

Colby has practiced physical therapy since 2018. His interest in the field began while volunteering in a physical therapy clinic, where he saw firsthand how therapy can restore movement, function, and quality of life. He is passionate about helping people of all ages reach their personal goals and maximize their physical potential. Colby especially enjoys working with local high school athletes and supporting their safe return to sport.

A Cache Valley native, Colby grew up in Hyde Park and currently lives in the area. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time …outdoors riding horses in Logan Canyon, hunting, and fishing in the many lakes and streams throughout the area. He also enjoys cheering on Utah State athletics and attending football and basketball games with his family.
