I would like to take the time and effort to express how satisfied I am with Dr. Clark skills and expertise. I am a long standing Achalasia patient. I had Heller Myotony with fundoplication 12 years ago, had multiple esophageal dilation; however, I had remained symptomatic, to the point liquids shakes, fruits, anything but water will get stuck and made me feel very short of breath for several hours after eating. I had fought to find help, and when others physicians had not felt confident treating a patient that wasn’t a fresh surgical candidate, God put Dr. Clark in my way, took the time to study the case, sat down and explained to me and my family how he was going to help me using Robotic Surgery and how much safer it will make this operation and the expected outcomes. I am a nurse at Memorial Hospital where Dr Clark performed my surgery and my pre, post, and follow up care was excellent. I will forever be grateful to Dr. Clark for allowing me to eat and breath, things sometimes we… take for granted but so essential for life. I will definitely recommend him and matter of fact, will trust him over any other surgeon; his down to hearth character, expertise, sincerity, skills, clarity and humbleness are qualities I munched appreciated as a patient and made possible an excellent patient- provider rapport.
