Dr. Cole Gregory Rojas

I have been a patient of Dr. Rojas for over 3 years now. He is an incredibly knowledgeable doctor and takes time to review the assistants notes. His exams are thorough and he takes time to explain everything as he goes along. Dr. Rojas also is interested if you have any questions or concerns for him. He along with his entire staff are respectful and courteous and make you feel right at home. They are willing to help in any way. I schedule my exams at the Cudahy office. Very highly recommended!!!

Dr. Rojas had that that rare combination of compassion and competence. I really dislike having my eyes examined but knowing the doc (as well as the other supporting technicians) are friendly and interested helps to get rid of the anxiety. He asks pertinent questions and since I have been seeing him for several years he remembers my diagnosis and my history, yet carefully looks at my chart for accuracy.

Dr R was professional and provided ppan accurate diagnosis. The office at Loomis is too busy and it seems the appointment times aren’t in line with when you will be seen. For a 9:00 appointment I was not seen by the Dr until approximately 10:10. Too many people are being scheduled so the patients aren’t seen timely.

Spent time reviewing my chart. Gave me information on things that could affect my eyes but all was good. Will keep my yearly check up

Dr. was extremely nice and patient. I had a stroke and left me with brain fog. He continues to explain over and over what my mother's condition is. The staff is always polite and professional. I highly recommend this office and Dr.

Dr Rojas is expert in his field, a solid patient educator, thorough, and considerate. The clinical setting is busy, attractive, and built on an apparent efficiency model seemingly intended to maximize the billing potential of services and his time. While his patient-facing time is exceptionally good, the rest of the system does not address the long waits that people experience while there. Yesterday’s 1 hour 45 minute visit could have been cut in half by a less extractive approach to service provision. Finally, the waiting area arrangements allow for no privacy for patients seeking to use services to get corrective lenses. I heard way too much private information about people’s insurance coverage, Title 19, etc.

Very reassuring from the first moment, thorough exam, then exclaimed my status. As best course of action I scheduled cataract surgery for each eye. Toric level lenses. Looking forward to new improved vision.
