Dr. Colette Renee Willins, MD

Rude and dismissive. Pushed her own agenda and did not listen to my concerns.

She always has time to sit and listen to me. I always leave knowing all my questions are answered.

I have been going to Dr. Collette Willins for over 10 years she had been very understanding and kind, every visit. She has deep concern for her patients and wants to keep them healthy by following her advice. The doctors are frustrated with all the red tape required now, it takes time away from attending to their patients.....this is the way it is when big government gets involved with our healthcare.

I had been seeing Dr Willins for over a decade. She was always a pretty nice woman but overall very bossy and reacted annoyed when you asked questions or questioned her diagnosis/treatment. I had been described a medication from my other doctor and she got very defensive and upset (so rude over the phone - made my mother cry) after I initially told her. That is unacceptable in my book and I’ve since switched doctors. The other reviews about her always being distracted with her computer or talking about off-topic nonsense and long waiting times are all spot on. If I had to leave work/school for an apppointment I always had to clear up at least two hours no matter what.

Dr. Colette Willins. Is a doctor who is easy to talk to, never feel rushed, she thorough never makes me feel insecure.

She really takes time to listen and get to know her patients. You will never feel like a "number" when you go see her.

I have been seeing her for over a decade and at first I was happy with everything. But now I am not at all happy. First, she has new office staff and they are quite rude. They insisted that they told me about a billing procedure because they tell ALL the patients about it, even when I stated that this was my first visit since they had started working there! Second, they are slow about filling my meds at the pharmacy. Twice since they have been there they were slow getting the call into the pharmacy, and the last time I actually ran out. Never happened before this staff was installed. My sister used to go to Dr. Willins too but has since switched. My sister is a medical coder and all Dr. Willins wanted to talk to her about was new coding rules and how awful they were, not how she was feeling lately. I don't know what happened but things have changed at that office and not for the better.

I have always have positive care with Dr. Willins. I have been going to her since she began her practice in Westlake by the hospital. She is very attentive to my needs and very kind and sympathetic when she needs to be. She takes her time and doesn't rush. I highly recommend her.

Yeah shes set in her ways but is a good doc overall never had a problem getting my refills me and my husband see her been with her for about 2 years and when she gets bossy i have to let her know about it and then she calms down

I was switching Drs and heard good things about Premier Physicians, so I found Dr Willins. HUGE mistake, I was waiting for over an hr in the exam room, when she finally came in she complained about the new system the entire time. She refilled my RXs (which I didnt need refilled) and then said ok come with me. I told her I had more questions, she seemed to be annoyed at this point and went back in the exam room with me. When I asked my questions she answered and when I questioned them she got extremely defensive. I will not be going back to her at all, and I urge all of you to stay away
