Two weeks post op today and still no contact with Dr. Bird. Still pain and unanswered questions

His Bedside mannerism alone is amazing. He truly shows he cares for you, His Patient. so glad He was my surgeon. through all the steps of my diagnosis.. medications... surgery... just awesome.. and his staff..... Mary his nurse.. always a return call. i showed up with no appt. several times prior to surgery I was taken right in. taken care of. The staff at regional is amazing.in er somedoc. wanted to rush right in and operate. thank god he was there and said no we cant we gotta ..... no colostomy. He is amazing. Tina Nevling Early

Even though it turned out I wasn't going to be his patient, Dr Bird went above and beyond to smooth the way to get the proper care needed in an expeditious way. It shows the kind of caring person he is. I would highly recommend him.

Mere words aren't really enough for someone that has saved your life on more than one occasion but I will try. Dr Bird is probably the most compassionate doctor that I have ever known. He is a straight shooter. While he won't sugar coat things but is extremely thorough and caring. He never rushes and is generally a good guy. Can't recommend highly enough.
