Dr. Cooper did an outstanding job on my shoulder. I had a pretty significant tear and brittle bone as well as arthritis. I was in terrible pain leading up to my surgery and could not wait for it to be done. I came out of surgery and have been working on PT every week. I am back to work and i do not have any of the pain that was there prior to surgery. Dr. Cooper has always explained everything that was happening and what to expect. Overall great experience.

I was told to be there 15 minutes early. After 45 minutes I noticed someone with an appointment after mine in the waiting room I asked how far behind the doctor was running. I was brought to an exam room so I could wait out of sight. Doctor and staff did not seemed bothered by the fact that they were running an hour behind schedule. Not sure he even heard what I said really. I told him my history and he decided that an injection and physical therapy were what I needed. Honestly I think he had decided that before he even saw me. In 6 weeks I can request an MRI. I think this practice is all about joint replacements. If you aren't there for that then they are just going to run you through as fast as possible. Doing joint replacement surgery and all the physical therapy afterwards is what the business model is all about. If you have problems with tendons, nerves, or ligaments then you are just someone in the system who they don't really want to deal with. That's my take anyway from the… first impressions.

Very well organized from intake to assistant to xray and then Dr. Everyone very polite and Dr Cooper has a great bedside manner in addition to his skill and knowledge

This is by far, is the best Orthopedic Doctor I've ever been to!!! He always comes in with a smile in his face and a positive attitude, his bedside manor is off the charts A+++!!! Dr. Cooper always comes in and asks how you're doing, before he starts anything at all, it's nice to know there are nice people left. He explains everything he's going to do for the procedure and if you have any questions, he is always more than happy to answer them. Dr. Cooper then explains the aftercare and what to expect if the issue arises again. The procedure was PAINLESS, I felt nothing for my knee injections, if anything it made my knees feel better almost immediately. I look forward to future visits, as I know I'm taken care of. He also had a student with him again and this is the second student I've encountered that has not only been extremely pleasant themselves, but they watch every step of the procedure. Amazing job!

Dr. Cooper has been extremely kind and patient throughout my entire experience with him. I had some hip issues and he repaired my torn labrum, and shaved down part of my hip bone due to FAI. He was very patient, listening to and answering all of my questions regarding surgery and post op. The surgery went very well, and I would definitely reccomend him to someone else.

I have zero stars to give to this provider. I will never recommend this provider to anybody literally canceled my surgery while waiting to get the surgery on surgery day just to tell me he was not comfortable doing my surgery over a foot drop that I do not have and then also proceeded to bring up about my transportation arrangements as being an issue to then tell me that I’m gonna need to have the surgery inpatient and go to rehab after to then say I’m able to go back to work like make it make sense and then Peirce to tell me he’s not gonna see me anymore and that I can go to a different office so yeah, I would not recommend this provider at all and I will be speaking to this providers superior
