She was my gynecologist when she found my uterus precancer she is extremely good doctor, i love her .

I have seen this Dr 2 times now and on both occasions had a horrible experience with a routine pap. I have never had painful examinations before except with her. And all my paps come back normal. Also, when asked about menopause symptoms her only response was “I hear that a lot”. I found the appointment to be useless. She had no clue who I was and I’ve never had a Dr not review a chart and know something about me. I do not recommend this Dr.

Worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. She is extremely condescending, rude and acts like she is forced to do this job. Most importantly, she doesn’t seem to be very good at it. I had my nexplanon removed after three years a few months back and it took her almost an hour to remove - she butchered my arm, leaving a very big scar. She also barged into the exam room with an attitude, never explained anything that she was doing and if I asked a question, she’d respond with one word answers. If this was just an off day I would understand but at my next appointment she was even more rude. I would absolutely never recommend her to anyone and I’ve since started seeing a new OBGYN.

She is rude and her new staff is as well. Will not return.

Would not recommend this doctor to anyone. She’s not a good doctor OR a good person. Go else where.

I have had routine pelvic exams for over 40 years. My former gynecologist retired, so my PCP recommended Dr. Cavanaugh. I have NEVER had a more painful breast or pelvic exam. Her exams caused me to cry out in pain - and I have a pretty high tolerance. I will never go back to her.

Dr Cavanaugh is amazing. Not only is she thorough and highly skilled, she is wonderfully caring. She never makes you feel rushed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a gynecologist. In addition her office staff and nurses are very helpful. Although it is a busy office, everything is well organized and professional . Call are returned promptly and questions answered quickly and appropriately. Workin in the medical field myself, and having undergone multiple surgeries due to cancer, I have high expectations when choosing a doctor. I couldn’t be more pleased with Dr Cavanaugh.

I have been a patient of Dr Cavanaugh's for many years. Great care and awesome bedside manner!

It took me over a year to get in to see her and when I left her office I felt like she did nothing to help me and made it worse and I sat out in my car for about 20 min or so and just cried before I could drive home.
