Sorry you had such a bad experience. Sounds like office issue instead of her expertise. I go to her Cleveland Clunic location in Lorain/Amherst and have had nothing but good experiences there. I rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes to see her and her medical staff is cordial and efficient as well as the office staff. She is very professional, caring, and remembers what’s going on with you. She is very friendly and cautious with my care.

We had an appointment at 3:15. I had received a text message confirming the appt I got the directions from this text message which took me to the wrong office for that day. We arrived at the office at 3:10 I called the correct office and they said if we get their at 3:30 we will be seen we arrived in the building at 3:29 and we were denied. Horrible manners horrible service I advise do not waste your time!!!!
